Registered Behavior Technician - RBT In-Home
About The Position
The Treetop is hiring in-home Registered Behavior Technicians to provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental differences in Maricopa and surrounding areas. The role involves working one-on-one with children in their homes, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA, tracking progress, recognizing achievements, and keeping families updated. RBTs work independently during sessions while staying connected to the clinical team, with guidance from BCBAs. Training is provided, including for people who are new to ABA. Part-time or full-time schedules may be available, based on the employee’s availability and client needs.
Requirements
- ABA experience is required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Comfortable traveling to clients’ homes within the service area.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Auto insurance.
- Patient, dependable, and excited about working with children.
Responsibilities
