About The Position
The Treetop is hiring an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Colorado to deliver one-to-one therapy in children’s homes. The role supports children with autism and special needs through individualized, developmentally appropriate, evidence-based, person-centered therapy. RBTs assist with treatment plans and skill development under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, with training, supervision, resources, and materials provided by supervising clinicians and leadership. The position offers $22–$30 per hour depending on experience.
Requirements
- RBT certification is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance.
- Ability to work with clients of various ages and skill levels.
- Experience with EMR systems such as Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst, or Hi Rasmus.
Nice To Haves
- CPR/BLS certification, if applicable.
- TRICARE certification.
- Passion for driving change and supporting client growth.
- Desire to positively impact the community.
Responsibilities
