In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
As an RBT with The Treetop in Colorado, you will deliver one-to-one therapy in a child's home. You will receive training and support from supervising clinicians and the leadership team. The role involves assisting with treatment plans, fostering skill development, and working under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Resources and materials are provided to support learning and behavior modification. The Treetop provides individualized, developmentally appropriate, evidence-based, person-centered services tailored to each child's needs, with a focus on measurable progress and a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- RBT certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance.
- Ability to work with clients of various ages and skill levels.
- Experience with EMR systems such as Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst, or Hi Rasmus.
Nice To Haves
- CPR/BLS certification, if applicable.
- TRICARE certification.
- Passion for driving change and supporting client growth.
- Desire to positively impact the community.
