About The Position
The Treetop is hiring in-home Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental differences in their homes. Technicians implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA, track client progress, and update families on how their child is doing. The role involves working independently during sessions while staying connected with the clinical team. Training and support are provided, including for people who are new to ABA. Positions serve Phoenix East and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Patience, dependability, and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Comfort traveling to clients' homes within the service area.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
Nice To Haves
- ABA experience.
- Existing RBT certification.
Responsibilities
