About The Position

Autism Learning Collaborative is seeking an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in the St. Louis area, including Lemay, Ballwin, and Afton. The role involves working independently in clients’ homes and commuting between homes. Requirements

• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregivers and supervisors.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license that is maintained.
• Personal auto insurance meeting the stated liability and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage standards.
• Written authorization for a motor vehicle record check; employment is contingent on a satisfactory result.
• Ability to commute from home to home.
