About The Position
The Treetop is hiring an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one therapy to children in their homes in Colorado. The role assists with treatment plans and supports children’s skill development under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Training, supervision, resources, and materials are provided to support effective learning and behavior modification. Compensation is $22–$30 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Requirements
- RBT certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance.
- Ability to work with clients of various ages and skill levels.
- Experience with EMR systems such as Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst, or Hi Rasmus.
Nice To Haves
- CPR/BLS certification, if applicable.
- TRICARE certification.
- Passion for driving change and supporting client growth.
- Desire to positively impact the community.
