Behavior Technician (RBT / BT) - White Plains, NY
About The Position
LBAPS (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC) is seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs. The technician delivers therapy under BCBA supervision and works across home, school, and/or center-based settings. The role involves implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans with fidelity, accurately collecting and recording session data in Rethink within 24 hours, and collaborating with families and the clinical team to support client progress. Technicians also participate in ongoing check-ins and professional support meetings. The position offers flexible scheduling, BCBA mentorship and supervision, and opportunities for career growth.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification in good standing.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
- A patient, creative, and compassionate approach.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish.
