About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. The organization is recruiting participants for its Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program, which supports work with center-based and home-based learners. RBTs provide one-to-one specialized treatment as part of a treatment team, in partnership with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. The remote, self-paced program supports participants from the start of training through licensing, the first session, and beyond. Participants may continue their current role or attend school while pursuing RBT certification. Training support includes study guides, virtual study sessions, and a supportive community, along with instruction in ABA principles and behavior analyst techniques and their application in day-to-day work. After successful completion of the RBT program, participants may receive an offer of employment with competitive compensation based on experience and location. The role offers flexible hours, treatment-plan training and support, a team-oriented work environment, the opportunity to positively affect children and families, and career growth.
