About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program prepares individuals to support center-based and home-based learners. RBTs provide one-to-one specialized treatment in partnership with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. The program provides support throughout RBT training and licensing, from the first day through the first session and beyond. It is remote and self-paced, allowing participants to keep their current role or attend school while pursuing their RBT credential. Participants receive study guides, virtual study sessions, and a supportive community to help prepare for the RBT exam, as well as instruction in ABA principles and behavior analyst techniques and their application in day-to-day work. After successfully completing the program, participants may receive an offer of employment with compensation of $24–$28 per hour, based on experience and location. The role offers flexible hours, training and support in carrying out treatment plans, a team-oriented work environment, career growth, and the opportunity to positively affect the lives of families and children on the autism spectrum.
