About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is recruiting individuals for its Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program to support center-based and home-based learners. RBTs provide one-to-one specialized treatment to children on the autism spectrum, in partnership with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. The program provides support throughout training and licensing, from the first day through the first session and beyond. It is remote and self-paced, allowing participants to keep a current role or attend school while pursuing RBT certification. Participants receive study guides, virtual study sessions, and access to a supportive community, and learn ABA principles and behavior analyst techniques for day-to-day work. After successfully completing the program, participants may receive an employment offer with compensation of $24–$28 per hour, based on experience and location. The role offers flexible hours, training and support to carry out treatment plans, a team-oriented work environment, and opportunities for career growth.
