About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the autism spectrum, from birth to age 21. Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-to-one specialized treatment in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in clients’ homes. The organization offers training and support for the role, which focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans and helping children and families.

Requirements

• Current, active RBT certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data to monitor progress and the effectiveness of individualized treatment plans, and report progress.
• Support the BCBA in training families to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Perform other tasks outlined by a BCBA or LBA.
