About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide one-to-one specialized treatment to clients in a home-based setting, working in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The organization provides training and support for technicians to carry out treatment plans. The position offers flexible part-time, afternoon, and evening hours, with the potential for guaranteed hours.

Requirements

• Current, active RBT certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with children and parents.

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress.
• Support the BCBA with training families to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Perform other tasks outlined by the BCBA or LBA.
