About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is seeking individuals to join its Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program supporting home-based learners. RBTs provide one-to-one specialized treatment to children on the autism spectrum, in partnership with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. The program provides support throughout the training and licensing process, from the first day through the first session and beyond. It is remote and self-paced, allowing participants to keep their current role or attend school while pursuing RBT certification. Participants receive study guides, virtual study sessions, and a supportive community to help prepare for the RBT exam, along with an in-depth understanding of ABA principles and behavior analyst techniques and how to apply them in daily work. After successfully completing the RBT program, participants may receive an offer of employment with compensation of $24–$28 per hour, based on experience and location. The resulting role offers part-time afternoon and evening hours, training and support to carry out treatment plans, a team-oriented work environment, and the opportunity to positively impact families and children on the autism spectrum. Career growth opportunities are available. Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits are offered to full-time employees.
