About The Position
The Regionalized Call Center Triage Registered Nurse triages incoming patient calls in an ambulatory setting, makes clinical decisions based on protocols, and communicates with the clinical manager and providers. The role provides telephone advice and decision support, identifies cases requiring clinical escalation, and provides effective resolutions. Remote or hybrid work may be possible.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active, current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a relevant field.
- Three to five years of Registered Nurse experience in a pediatric setting, School Based Health Program, or Federally Qualified Health Center.
- One year of call center triage experience.
