About The Position

A national leader in commercial and industrial services is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee a large, distributed branch network. This executive will hold full P&L responsibility and lead strategic growth, operational excellence, and employee engagement across a multi-state region. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, financially savvy leader with strong operational discipline and the ability to inspire teams in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Requirements

10+ years of senior leadership experience within industrial, mechanical, or technical services sectors.
Proven track record managing a P&L of $150M+ within a decentralized, branch-based environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Strong financial acumen and analytical ability to drive performance and strategic planning.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated success leading operational transformation and fostering growth-oriented teams.
Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
