About The Position

We are looking for a professional Regional Supervisor to motivate a team of housekeeping professionals and create an environment where they can perform at their best. The role focuses on training and quality control, managing workflow and labor resources, and hiring, training, and scheduling staff. The supervisor also helps ensure company cleaning standards are met and supports cleaning and supply-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent management and organizational skills.
• Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job.
• Ability to perform light lifting and stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar position.
• Prior experience providing cleaning and/or maintenance services for companies or organizations.

Responsibilities

• Create and update housekeeping schedules daily.
• Hire and train all housekeeping staff.
• Ensure company cleaning standards are consistently met.
• Assist with cleaning according to company standards as needed.
• Assist with deep cleanings as necessary.
• Organize and maintain stocks of supplies and laundry.
• Report maintenance issues to the maintenance department and/or management.
