About the position
As a Regional Sales Director at PathAI, you will be responsible for generating and closing new accounts, as well as managing an existing client base for PathAI Diagnostics. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will travel to client sites and focus on building relationships with physicians, providers, and decision makers within the practice. Your main goal will be to drive sales by providing unparalleled service, exceeding sales goals, and generating new business through prospecting and consultative selling. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing book of business, challenging decision makers to think differently, and operating in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by providing unparalleled service to prospects and clients
- Exceed sales goals for new and base business
- Generate new business through prospecting, consultative selling, presentations, networking, and referrals
- Manage and grow an existing book of business through customer service, client visits, and problem solving
- Meet with physicians, providers, and decision makers to discuss quality, service, and new products and services
- Challenge decision makers to think differently and disrupt the status quo with new product launches
- Prepare sales forecasts and manage sales expenses, logistical costs, and service levels
- Operate in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B or medical sales
- Outstanding work ethic
- Notable interpersonal skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
