About the position
The job overview for this position is that the Product Manager will be responsible for the success of PathAI Diagnostics' physician market and services. They will assess the market opportunity, define a product strategy, and facilitate cross-functional input to ensure effective decision making and implementation. The Product Manager will also drive the launch planning of new products and services, create sales tools, and execute tactical programs for laboratory testing services. They will collaborate with various internal stakeholders and establish relationships with external stakeholders to stay informed about new market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Determine strategic product line decisions by evaluating market demands, trends, and unmet needs of patients, payers, and providers
- Recommend product forecasting, pricing strategies, and customer service/operations support for product line(s)
- Own core product value proposition and develop messaging and communication strategies
- Lead the development of the strategic plan, collecting input and buy-in from sales, marketing, and operations
- Define product roadmaps for prioritized products and services, including deliverables, timeline, and budget
- Integrate insight and recommendations from cross-functional partners into a clear product development path
- Operationalize decision-making processes with defined, consistent business cases
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, legal, medical, IT, client services, lab operations, regulatory, and sales operations to develop and execute marketing programs and sales enablement materials
- Establish key professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to stay abreast of new market opportunities
- Maintain frequent and regular contact with strategic industry experts to ensure company and products are perceived superior relative to the competition
- Analyze results of campaigns to evaluate effectiveness
