About The Position

Avive Solutions, Inc. is a growth stage Automated External Defibrillator (AED) company with a connected response system that is rapidly gaining market share. We are a mission driven team that is quite literally saving lives. Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) is a leading cause of death in the United States, and we are on a mission to change that! We are a dynamic organization that builds elegant, creative solutions to solve complex problems. Ultimately, our mission is for all cardiac arrest victims to have rapid access to life-saving defibrillation. Avive is taking a fresh approach to addressing this decades-old problem by innovating AED technology, coupled with a first-of-its-kind software platform solution to enable a quicker and more streamlined response to SCA emergencies. We believe that this unique combination of deploying advanced – yet still accessible – hardware, and software, has the potential to revolutionize out-of-hospital cardiac arrest response and massively impact SCA survival rates. We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager to join, and lead the northeast region of Avive’s Community Programs Team. In this mission-critical role, you will be accountable for driving scaled adoption of Avive’s products through the direct management, mentorship, and coaching of a team of Community Program Specialists (Account Executives). The ideal candidate is a motivated, experienced self-starter with a proven track record in public safety sales and sales management. You should thrive on building relationships, mentoring others, creative problem solving, and making a meaningful impact from day one. Success in this role requires strong people and territory management skills, technical aptitude, and interpersonal excellence. You should be curious, coachable, and resilient—able to learn quickly, handle objections with empathy, and communicate our mission with conviction. If you’re passionate about community health and safety, leading a team to success, eager to build meaningful relationships, and energized by helping save lives through innovative solutions, we’d love to hear from you. Candidates in the New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, and D.C. Metro Areas will be given the highest level of consideration.
