About The Position

The Regional Program Manager (RPM) owns program execution across a portfolio of school sites and is responsible for delivering a high-quality student experience through staffing, training, coaching development, and site operations. As the primary field leader, the RPM prepares and supports coaches through ongoing development and in-field coaching, while ensuring consistent delivery aligned with Elevo standards and district expectations.
