About The Position

The Regional Program Lead manages audiovisual (AV) programs within a designated region, including IW LCR, Hub LCR, GWS, Ad Hoc, and CO+I projects. The role is responsible for regional execution, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking, and collaborates with the Global Lead to align regional initiatives with global strategy and support consistent delivery across program streams. The position supports Project Managers and Technical Leads by helping resolve escalations, remove blockers, and promote successful program execution. It also tracks key milestones and timely delivery, communicates Microsoft business updates and strategic changes to relevant team members, and supports completion of compliance and security actions for staff in its reporting chain. The role requires up to 50% travel. Zones is a global IT solutions provider operating in more than 120 countries. Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a regional or global capacity.
At least one leading industry certification applicable to the role, such as PMP, PMI, CAPM, or CTS.
Proven track record of maintaining situational awareness across multiple program streams.
Strong comprehension of technical documentation and the capacity to guide others in applying it effectively.
Cross-functional communication skills.
Stakeholder relationship management skills.
Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver communications and reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Provide proactive support to Project Managers and Technical Leads by helping resolve escalations, remove blockers, and promote successful execution across AV program initiatives.
Ensure Project Managers and Technical Leads are informed of key milestones and accountable for timely execution within their scope.
Cascade Microsoft business updates and strategic changes to relevant team members.
Support timely completion of compliance and security actions for staff within the reporting chain by promoting best practices, reinforcing expectations, and escalating concerns when necessary.
Manage AV programs within a designated region, supporting regional execution, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with the Global Lead to align regional initiatives with global strategy and ensure consistent delivery across program streams.
