About The Position

Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. A respected skilled nursing operator is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to provide clinical oversight across five skilled nursing facilities in California’s Central Valley. This role reports directly to the CNO and partners closely with regional operational leadership to support clinical quality, survey readiness, and regional clinical operations across the portfolio. This position was created to support the organization’s rapid growth, having expanded from 11 to 31 communities in approximately two and a half years. This is an opportunity to join the organization at a critical stage of growth, with direct visibility to senior clinical leadership and the opportunity to help shape regional clinical operations and infrastructure. The role will work alongside an existing Regional Nurse Consultant as the company continues to expand.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Skilled nursing experience required
  • Strong knowledge of SNF regulatory compliance and survey processes
  • Experience preparing facilities for surveys and managing survey follow-up
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Based in or willing to work throughout the Modesto/Turlock/Central Valley area

Nice To Haves

  • Regional or multi-site clinical experience strongly preferred
  • Prior Regional Nurse Consultant experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical consulting and quality oversight across five skilled nursing facilities
  • Partner with the CNO and Regional Directors of Operations on clinical and operational priorities
  • Support facilities with survey preparation, response, and follow-up
  • Monitor clinical performance and identify opportunities for improvement across the assigned portfolio
  • Lead monthly quality review meetings with facility leadership teams
  • Conduct routine facility visits to assess clinical operations, compliance, and quality
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to facility leadership teams
  • Assist with regulatory readiness and corrective action initiatives
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to address clinical risks and operational priorities
  • Help strengthen regional clinical processes and infrastructure as the organization continues to grow
