About The Position

We are seeking a passionate RN leader to support a portfolio of well-established Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities throughout the greater Naperville region, with buildings located between Aurora and Chicago. Facilities range from approximately 100 to 250+ beds, offering a diverse clinical environment supported by experienced leadership teams. Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous Regional Nurse Consultant experience or extensive multi-building oversight
• Prior Director of Nursing experience in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and quality measures
• Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region

Responsibilities

• Partner with Directors of Nursing and facility leadership to drive clinical excellence.
• Mentor and support Directors of Nursing and clinical teams.
• Improve quality measures and clinical outcomes.
• Provide education, coaching, and regulatory guidance.
• Enhance and reinforce established policies and procedures.
• Assist facilities with survey readiness and compliance.
• Promote best practices that improve resident care and operational success.
• Collaborate with experienced corporate clinical leadership committed to your success.
