About The Position

Main Line Healthcare is seeking a Regional Medical Assistant for Family Medicine. The role includes an additional $5.00 per hour pay component and requires travel to Royersford, Collegeville, Oaks, ShannonDell, King of Prussia, Lafayette Hill, Conshohocken, and Bryn Mawr. The Medical Assistant works closely with patients and healthcare providers, assisting physicians and practitioners with routine blood draws, vital signs, immunizations, EKGs, and other tasks. The role also supports smooth patient flow and anticipates patient and provider needs. The candidate will be cross-trained as a Patient Service Representative.

The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with shifts varying between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Main Line Health offers tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000 per year, depending on full-time or part-time status, up to 120 hours of paid time off per year, employee discounts, and free employee parking.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant Program.
• Complete supervised hands-on clinical training through a practicum, externship, apprenticeship, or similar patient-care experience. This requirement applies to new hires effective 9/1/2026.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification at hire or within 30 days of the start date.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant is strongly preferred.
• Medical Assistant certification is preferred.
