About The Position

Suveto is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to serve as the on-the-ground marketing presence for a defined group of veterinary hospitals. The role partners closely with an Operations Director and local hospital teams, building relationships, deploying marketing programs, gathering field insights, improving customer experience, and helping hospitals access the support they need to grow. This is a remote, field-heavy, travel-forward role. The employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Denver, Colorado, or Dallas, Texas, and approximately one hour of a major airport. Regional travel to hospitals is estimated at 30–50%, depending on cohort geography and hospital count, and includes overnight trips, occasional weekend events, and periodic team gatherings. The position translates centrally developed marketing plans into local execution while sharing hospital needs and observations with Suveto’s corporate team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of marketing experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to hold ground in conversations with Practice Managers, Medical Directors, and Operational Leadership.
  • Ability to translate marketing strategy into hands-on local execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first, travel-heavy role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple concurrent hospital relationships.
  • Working knowledge of marketing tools, including social media platforms, design tools, digital signage, review platforms, and reminder systems.
  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from field observations and report them clearly.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of a growing multi-location organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Denver or Dallas and approximately one hour of a major airport.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably two years of experience in field marketing, account management, multi-location marketing, or client-facing marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with veterinary hospital operations.

  • Experience partnering with operations leadership.
  • Experience working in fully remote teams and managing a travel-heavy schedule.
