About The Position

Roggenart is a European-inspired bakery café specializing in artisan breads, handcrafted pastries, gourmet sandwiches, and specialty coffee, all made fresh daily. We're passionate about quality, consistency, and creating warm, inviting spaces for our guests. And we're growing. We're looking for a Regional Manager with a strong restaurant or QSR operations background to oversee multiple cafés. If you're an energetic leader who enjoys developing people as much as driving operations, this is your seat. This is a multi-unit role spanning our cafés across the Baltimore–Washington region. We care more about finding the right leader than where they live — if you're a strong operator willing to travel between locations, we want to talk. Our office is in Howard County, MD.

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant, café, or QSR management experience (multi-unit preferred)
• Strong recruiting and people-development skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up
• A hands-on leader who likes being in the stores, coaching teams
• Reliable transportation for regular travel between locations

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple bakery cafés
• Serve as the main point of contact between stores and the operations team
• Recruit, screen, interview, and hire new team members
• Coordinate onboarding and training alongside your store managers
• Check in with new hires for feedback and early support
• Review store manager evaluations to ensure training is working
• Conduct store visits to monitor quality, service, cleanliness, and compliance
• Hold every café to a consistent, excellent guest experience
