About The Position

Peak Management is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations at apartment communities in various areas of Michigan and Kansas. The role provides leadership, direction, and support to property managers and their teams, while ensuring communities operate efficiently and maintain high standards. The Regional Manager should be knowledgeable about leasing, marketing, analytical reporting, and Fair Housing guidelines, and have a proven track record of maximizing cash flow and improving long-term property value. Travel is required for at least 50% and up to 75% of the time. A sign-on bonus is included.

The position includes physical work such as sitting at a desk and using a computer, standing and walking, giving tours, meeting potential tenants, lifting up to 15 pounds, and traversing properties that may have stairs and varied weather conditions. Requirements

• Must be able to travel 50% to 75% of the time.
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
• Must be able to stand and walk, give tours, and meet with potential tenants.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
• Knowledge of leasing, marketing, analytical reporting, and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Proven track record of producing maximum cash flow and improving property long-term value.
