Requirements

Proven multi-site multifamily property management experience with a demonstrated track record of strong operational and financial results
Strong financial acumen: budgeting, variance analysis, revenue maximization, and accurate reporting
A leadership approach that develops people, not just manages them
Experience with property management software, preferably OneSite/RealPage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A self-starter mentality paired with a collaborative, humble approach to leadership
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site DFW portfolio, holding properties to Hilltop's standards for performance, resident experience, and culture
Develop and support onsite teams, coaching Community Directors and leasing staff to grow in their roles and deliver consistently
Drive financial performance across the portfolio through revenue maximization, disciplined expense management, and accurate reporting
Implement and continuously improve site-level operating, maintenance, and cost control procedures in line with Hilltop standards
Serve as the connection between the corporate team and the field, translating strategy into consistent execution at the property level
Support Hilltop's continued growth and acquisition activity in the DFW market
