About The Position

MainStreet Family Care is seeking candidates for a Regional Manager position for the Foothills Region. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals ready to move into leadership or experienced leaders seeking a change. The company is looking for individuals passionate about healthcare who are eager to transition into administrative and management roles, viewing this as a leadership launchpad. The position offers tools and development experiences to lead multiple urgent care clinics, along with structured onboarding, training, and clinical/management rotations.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with management experience OR
  • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with leadership experience or strong interest in operations/administration OR
  • Someone with a Masters Degree, experience in healthcare administration, or experience in multi-site management
  • Interested in growing into multi-site clinic management roles
  • Able to travel frequently between clinics in Cherryville, Shelby, Forest City, and 2 in Gastonia
  • Ready to step in on a moment's notice to support operations
  • Capable of driving culture, accountability, and being a true leader

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies
  • Lead clinic staff (MAs, NPs, PAs), coordinate schedules, and monitor staffing needs
  • Manage inventory, hiring, coaching, and patient experience
  • Be the on-site leader ensuring clinic success 7 days a week
  • Drive clinic culture, foster accountability, and lead with presence and purpose
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, acting as the corporate presence in the clinics
  • Ensure clinic staff and operations follow company standards
  • Ensure each clinic is delivering top-tier customer satisfaction
  • Deal with day-to-day questions from staff, troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Manage clinic staff shift scheduling and monitor spend against budget
  • Order and manage medical and office supply inventory within budgeted levels
  • Recruit, screen, coach, and manage the medical assistants staffing the clinics
  • Manage staff competency and staffing levels, including hiring and terminating
