About The Position

Infoblox is hiring a Regional Manager, Workplace - Americas for its Workplace Operations & Events team in Tacoma, Washington. Reporting to the Director, Global Workplace Operations and Events, this role leads workplace strategy and operational excellence across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. The manager oversees facilities, workplace services, employee engagement, health and safety, and events, partnering with regional workplace leaders and global stakeholders to advance a consistent, data-informed workplace strategy. The role works across Facilities, Corporate Real Estate, People & Places, IT, Security, Procurement, Finance, Legal, DEI, Benefits, ERGs, and business teams to create a scalable operating model for safe, inclusive, efficient, and engaging workplaces. • Practical experience applying AI-enabled tools or automation to improve productivity, reporting, knowledge management, employee support, workflow efficiency, analytics, or decision-making, with sound judgment regarding accuracy, privacy, security, and human oversight.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, organizational, financial, and project-management skills, with the ability to work across cultures, time zones, and local requirements.
