About The Position

The Regional Leasing Consultant rotates among multiple properties within a geographic territory to facilitate leasing operations and support the financial performance of MAA apartment communities. The role interacts with prospective residents, communicates the value and overall experience of living at an MAA community, and secures lease agreements. It also initiates the screening process for prospective residents, communicates lease expirations, facilitates lease renewals, and assists with property marketing activities and resident events.

Requirements

• At least four years of leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience within property management.
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Bachelor’s degree.
