Regional IT Analyst

Moss Holding Company•Orlando, FL
•Onsite

About The Position

Moss, a Vomela Company, is hiring a Regional IT Analyst to support production locations in Orlando, Florida, and Las Vegas, Nevada. This is an onsite role with approximately 5% travel between sites and an annual pay range of $80,000–$90,000. The position is deliberately divided between hands-on site IT support and front-line support for ERP and connected business systems. Approximately half of the role involves first- and second-line support for hardware, software, connectivity, endpoints, and production-adjacent equipment at both locations. The analyst responds to tickets through resolution, provides scheduled site coverage, supports the physical network edge, coordinates with central IT, and assists with a planned network hardware refresh in Las Vegas. The other half focuses on ERP and business systems access, permissions, errors, data issues, user training, and documentation. The analyst investigates issues, resolves or escalates them with useful context, maintains standard operating procedures, and helps align actual production-floor practices with designed processes. Work requiring builds or configuration changes is routed through the enterprise intake process.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of IT support, service desk, or site/regional IT experience with direct end-user responsibility across hardware, software, and networking.
  • Hands-on experience supporting end users in an ERP platform, managing access and permissions, and troubleshooting errors and data issues.
  • Working knowledge of Windows desktop troubleshooting, identity and access, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security tooling.
  • Disciplined use of a ticketing system, including documentation.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Credibility with operators on production floors.
  • Ability to manage a support queue and a platform workstream in the same week.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between Las Vegas and Orlando, with occasional additional travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, printing, fabrication, event production, or an engineered-to-order environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable mid-market ERP.
  • Experience supporting large-format production, cutting, or finishing equipment.
  • SQL or reporting-tool fluency, such as Power BI or Domo.
  • Familiarity with ITIL 4 service management concepts.
  • Experience with a network refresh, site build-out, or facility relocation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-line hardware, software, and connectivity support for both locations.
  • Resolve tickets and document work; provide same-day remote response, on-site presence within the committed window, and scheduled visits to the alternate site.
  • Deploy, configure, and support laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, and production-adjacent equipment within endpoint standards.
  • Support switching, wireless coverage, cabling, and site connectivity; diagnose local issues and coordinate wider changes with central network and infrastructure staff.
  • Coordinate on-site preparation, execution, and post-cutover stabilization for the planned Las Vegas network hardware refresh.
  • Handle account provisioning, hardware issuance, and departure recovery in coordination with central IT and HR.
  • Build and maintain runbooks and coordinate remote coverage with a designated non-IT contact at the alternate site.
  • Manage logins, role assignments, and permission sets across the ERP and connected platforms.
  • Investigate system errors and unexpected behavior, determine whether issues involve access, data, or defects, and resolve or escalate them with sufficient detail.
  • Develop working knowledge of business data structures, data-entry practices, site conventions, and records that downstream processes depend on.
  • Write and maintain standard operating procedures and user how-to documentation, keeping materials current as processes and platforms change.
  • Train site users on the systems they use daily.
  • Identify differences between designed processes and actual floor practices and address them through training, documentation, or corrected settings.
  • Route work requiring a build or configuration change through the enterprise intake process.
