About The Position

This is an onsite role in Orlando, Florida, or Las Vegas, Nevada, with regular travel between sites and occasional additional travel.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or site/regional IT with direct end-user responsibility across hardware, software, and networking.
  • Hands-on experience supporting end users within an ERP platform, managing access and permissions, and troubleshooting errors and data issues.
  • Working knowledge of Windows desktop troubleshooting, identity and access, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security tooling.
  • Disciplined use of a ticketing system, including documentation.
  • Strong written communication.
  • Credibility with operators on production floors.
  • Ability to manage a support queue and a platform workstream during the same week.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between Las Vegas and Orlando, with occasional additional travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, printing, fabrication, event production, or an engineered-to-order environment.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable mid-market ERP experience.
  • Experience supporting large-format production, cutting, or finishing equipment.
  • SQL or reporting-tool fluency, such as Power BI or Domo.
  • Familiarity with ITIL 4 service management concepts.
  • Experience with a network refresh, site build-out, or facility relocation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-line hardware, software, and connectivity support for both locations.
  • Resolve support tickets and document work through completion.
  • Provide same-day remote response, on-site support within the committed window, and scheduled visits to the site that is not the home base.
  • Deploy, configure, and support laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, and production-adjacent equipment within endpoint standards.
  • Support the physical network edge, including switching, wireless coverage, cabling, and site connectivity; diagnose locally and coordinate broader changes with central network and infrastructure staff.
  • Provide on-site coordination for the planned Las Vegas network hardware refresh, including pre-staging, execution, and post-cutover stabilization.
  • Coordinate account provisioning, hardware issuance, and departure recovery with central IT and HR.
  • Build and maintain runbooks and coordinate with a designated non-IT site contact at the alternate location for remote coverage.
  • Manage logins, role assignments, and permission sets across the ERP and connected platforms.
  • Respond to system errors or unexpected behavior by reproducing issues, determining whether the cause is access, data, or a defect, and resolving or escalating with sufficient detail.
  • Develop working knowledge of data structures, data-entry practices, site-specific conventions, and records on which other processes depend.
  • Write and maintain standard operating procedures and user how-to documentation, keeping materials current as processes and platforms change.
  • Train site users on their daily systems and identify and address gaps between designed processes and actual production-floor practices through training, documentation, or corrected settings.
