Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of related experience.
  • 2 years of management experience.
  • Ability to manage the work of team members to optimize performance.
  • Expert abilities in building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Automatic Call Distributor, Sales Engagement, and Customer Relationship Management software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop Regional Sales Representatives (Hybrid Inside Sales roles) within a defined sales district.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the inside sales organization.
  • Proactively engage with key accounts and supervise account plans.
  • Approve special pricing and manage pricing policies within the district.
  • Oversee and maintain documentation of builder agreements and competitive pricing agreements.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and report to management.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage the performance of inside sales representatives.
  • Monitor metrics to make data-driven decisions on the inside sales plan.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new inside sales representatives.
  • Set individual and team goals.
