About The Position
The Regional Human Resource Manager implements processes and programs to advance effective recruiting and retention within an assigned region. The role collaborates with Regional Managers and other members of the Human Resources Team. The position also supports onboarding, positive co-worker relations, compliance, continuous improvement, and HR department activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field and 5 years of HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice To Haves
- Professional certification in Human Resource Management (PHR or SPHR) preferred.
- Prior experience in construction preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist and support regional efforts to recruit and hire.
- Manage the onboarding process.
- Promote retention efforts through positive co-worker relations.
- Participate in HR continuous improvement activities.
- Support compliance efforts.
- Participate in HR department activities.
- Participate in training and certifications.
