About The Position

As Regional Director, you will take full ownership of an entire region’s success. You will oversee multiple Canvass Directors and offices, develop strong leaders, launch new campaigns, and create a culture of excellence that drives sustainable, high-quality support for the world’s most important causes. This is a senior field leadership role for someone ready to scale impact across markets and leave a lasting mark.

Completion of Threshold Giving Trainer Training
Completion of Team Leader (TL) Training
Willingness and ability to travel 3 weeks out of every month
Reliable transportation and openness to relocate if needed

Responsibilities

Oversee and support multiple Canvass Directors and offices across your region
Launch new teams, offices, and campaigns in priority markets
Recruit, hire, develop, and hold accountable exceptional leaders at every level
Drive fundraising results and ensure campaign objectives are consistently exceeded
Analyze performance data, set strategy, and lead continuous improvement
Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and local communities
Travel approximately 3 weeks out of every month to lead, train, and support teams in the field
