AmeriCU is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee our CNY West Region, leading multiple Financial Centers to achieve exceptional growth, deepen member relationships, and build high-performing teams. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives on driving sales, coaching leaders, and expanding community presence while delivering an outstanding member experience.
Requirements
- Proven success leading multiple branches, financial centers, or retail banking locations
- Strong sales leadership and business development experience
- Ability to develop talent, inspire teams, and drive measurable results
- Strategic thinker with strong financial and operational acumen
- Passion for community involvement and representing the AmeriCU brand
Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales, service, lending, and growth performance
- Coach and develop Financial Center Managers to achieve results
- Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and execution
- Strengthen relationships with businesses, community partners, and local organizations
- Execute strategic initiatives that drive market growth and member loyalty
