This Western regional fleet trains you on the road and keeps most loads to 2 days or less. The routes cover 11 Western states, with the option to run further for more miles. Drivers can expect to drive 1,700 to 2,100 miles per week and will be home every 2 weeks. Some winter mountain driving comes with the territory. This position offers training for new CDL holders, with 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer. Full solo driver pay is provided the day training is completed. Trainees are welcome, and no prior experience is needed beyond a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training. Experienced drivers need 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years. The first truck job can start this month.
