About The Position

This Western regional fleet is looking for new CDL graduates to join their team. The fleet stays west of the Mississippi, offering shorter trips (3 days or less) and consistent miles (2,200 to 2,400 per week). Riders and pets are welcome after training. The position includes paid training for new CDL-A holders, with 4 to 6 weeks of over-the-road training with an experienced trainer. Trainees will receive $850 weekly during training, transitioning to full solo driver pay afterward. The company offers a competitive weekly gross pay of $1,100 to $1,200, with a guaranteed $1,000 weekly pay for the first 3 months solo. Additional benefits include a monthly driver performance bonus and home time every 3 weeks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school.
• Valid license in current state of residence.
• Verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle on regional routes west of the Mississippi.
