About The Position

This Western regional fleet is looking for CDL A drivers, including new graduates. The fleet operates out of Utah and provides training on mountain lanes, with pay during the training period. Drivers can expect to be home every two weeks, with home time requests honored for performers. Riders and pets are allowed after training. The average weekly gross pay ranges from $1,300 to $1,400, with a starting rate of $0.50 per mile. Banded pay applies to shorter loads, and full linehaul rates are offered after 6 months. New CDL-A holders will receive paid training for 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer, earning $800 weekly during training. Upon completion, drivers move to full solo pay. The position requires approximately 1,900 miles per week, with additional pay for stops and a monthly performance bonus.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school (for new graduates).
• For experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Military experience considered with a valid DD214.
• Valid license in current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.
