About The Position

This is a Utah-based regional fleet position covering 11 Western states, primarily drop and hook. Drivers can expect to be home every two weeks, with requests honored for strong performers. The role involves navigating mountain and winter lanes, requiring steady hands. Riders and pets are allowed after training. New CDL-A holders are welcome and will receive paid training.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
For trainees: a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of accredited CDL training.
For experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
Valid license in current state of residence.
Verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
Must pass hair and urine drug testing.
Military experience considered with a valid DD214.

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A CDL vehicle within the Western states.
Complete drop and hook loads.
Maintain steady performance in mountain and winter lane conditions.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in paid training if a new CDL-A holder.

Benefits

Average weekly gross: $1,300 to $1,400
Starting rate: $0.50 per mile, banded pay on shorter loads, full linehaul rates after 6 months
First 3 months solo: $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay
$15 stop pay

About 1,900 miles per week

Paid training: 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer
Training pay: $800 weekly, then straight to full solo driver pay
