About The Position

The Regional Central Dispatch Manager leads and coordinates equipment transportation and dispatch activities across Illinois and Indiana. This role serves as the central point of contact for Rental, Service, and Sales transportation requests and is responsible for optimizing deliveries, pickups, interbranch transfers, and equipment movements while ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time execution. The position reports out of either the Orland Park, IL or South Elgin, IL branch, though the posting also states that the location may be any branch within Illinois or Indiana. Regional travel may be required. The expected salary is $80,000–$100,000, based on overall candidate experience.

Requirements

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, fleet operations, equipment rental, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Manage and prioritize transportation requests across multiple branches and departments.

• Lead regional dispatch processes and collaborate with branch, rental, service, and sales teams.
