Bilingual (English&Spanish) Regional Centers Supervisor
About The Position
Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is hiring a full-time Regional Centers Supervisor to oversee operations across its Antioch, Richmond, and Walnut Creek, California centers. This is an on-site, multicenter role that requires travel between assigned centers as needed. The supervisor helps ensure centers run efficiently and consistently while supporting teams in delivering a positive experience for children and families. The role emphasizes operational leadership, team development, collaboration, problem-solving, and maintaining safe, welcoming, organized, and compliant centers.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, team leadership, supervision, or center management.
- Strong organizational, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and oversee operations across multiple locations.
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
- Willingness to travel between Antioch, Richmond, and Walnut Creek centers as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in ABA therapy, healthcare, behavioral health, childcare, or related service environments.
- Associate or bachelor's degree; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Spanish-English bilingual skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily center activities and ensure efficient, organized, and consistent operations across multiple locations.
- Monitor staffing, schedules, center capacity, cancellations, and key operational metrics.
- Support onboarding, employee accountability, performance, and team development.
- Partner with Clinical Operations, HR, and Scheduling to maintain smooth workflows and uninterrupted services.
- Identify operational challenges, implement solutions, and promote continuous improvement.
- Help maintain safe, welcoming, organized, and compliant centers for employees, children, and families.
