This role involves working with Condominium (condo) and/or Homeowner Association (HOA) boards to identify strategic operational priorities and create a cohesive plan for execution. The position oversees day-to-day property operations, prepares and presents budgets, negotiates contracts, and performs regular site visits to identify maintenance and repair opportunities. A key aspect of this role is maintaining strong relationships with assigned Boards, guiding them in policy development, and serving as the community manager accountable for client retention, service quality, responsiveness, and overall client satisfaction. The position is also responsible for developing new community association management business throughout the coastal markets of Delaware and Maryland, building relationships with various stakeholders, and managing the business development pipeline from identification to contract closing. Collaboration with internal teams and reporting to leadership are essential components of this role. The position may also require on-call availability and other assigned duties.
