About The Position

The Regional Business Development Director drives growth by acquiring new customers within an assigned geographic market. This market-facing, new-business development role identifies, develops, and converts high-potential prospects into customer relationships and profitable sales. The Director builds local relationships, identifies construction and infrastructure opportunities early, and coordinates internal resources to develop competitive, executable solutions. The role develops and executes a regional business development plan, identifies target customers, qualifies opportunities, and represents Congruex in the regional market. It leads early customer conversations and coordinates with operations, estimating, engineering, commercial solutions, legal, and executive leadership through proposal, negotiation, award, and handoff to operational and account-management teams. Success is measured by new logos, bookings, qualified pipeline, conversion, revenue and gross margin from new accounts, account progression, CRM and forecast quality, and customer handoff effectiveness. The role reports to the General Manager and requires regular travel throughout the assigned region, with stated travel potential of 25–50%.
