About The Position

We are seeking a Regional Associate to join a new outreach team supporting property hosts across the Great Lakes and Smoky Mountain region. The role uses data to help hosts understand how their listings and pricing compare across booking platforms, and provides education, tips, and insights to help them make informed decisions. It is a phone-heavy, relationship-driven position that blends business development with junior account management and is suited to an early-career professional who enjoys outbound outreach and building rapport quickly. The position is remote within the U.S., with Eastern or Central time zones preferred. It is a six-month, full-time W-2 contract, scheduled for 40 hours per week (eight hours per day, five days per week). The start date is mid-November 2026. The pay rate is $20–$23 per hour, plus medical, dental, vision, and 401(K) benefits. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Comfort on the phone and on video, with the ability to build rapport quickly with people never met before.
  • Comfort with outbound outreach and a high daily call volume.
  • Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a large portfolio and daily call plan.
  • Curiosity and comfort with data, including the ability to read a dashboard, spot a pattern, and explain it simply.
  • Persistence and resilience to follow up respectfully, adapt to different conversations, and not take silence personally.
  • Good judgment and integrity when working within compliance guidelines.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, account management, or host or partner success and onboarding, ideally at a marketplace or tech platform.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, call-intelligence tools such as Gong, or outreach tools such as Mixmax.
  • Experience with spreadsheets and dashboards such as Google Sheets and Tableau.
  • Interest in travel, short-term rentals, or online marketplaces.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze listing optimization opportunities and performance trends across a portfolio of high-potential host accounts, and act on data-driven opportunities to help hosts attract more bookings.
  • Make roughly 10–20 outbound calls per day and reach hosts through video meetings and email, following up consistently across channels.
  • Present data clearly using charts and approved tools, and explain the platform's value to hosts.
  • Help hosts understand how their pricing compares across booking platforms, and address common questions and objections.
  • Maintain a baseline understanding of technical integrations with various software partners.
  • Document conversations, classifications, and follow-ups in Salesforce, Gong, and team trackers.
  • Track progress toward quarterly goals and adjust the approach weekly.
  • Share learnings, objections, and best practices with the team.
