About The Position

We are seeking a Regional Associate to join a new outreach team supporting property hosts across the Southeast and Gulf region. This phone-heavy, relationship-driven role blends business development and junior account management. The associate uses data to help hosts understand how their listings and pricing compare across booking platforms, and shares education, tips, and insights to support informed decisions. The role is suited to someone early in their career who enjoys outbound outreach and building rapport quickly. The position is remote within the U.S., with Eastern or Central time zones preferred. It is a six-month, full-time W-2 contract starting in mid-November 2026, with a schedule of 40 hours per week. The pay rate is $20–$23 per hour, plus medical, dental, vision, and 401(K) benefits. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. The role includes structured ramp-up and guided training, competitive intelligence sessions, tool walkthroughs, shadowing host calls during the first weeks, weekly performance data, and regular coaching.
