About The Position

We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking Regional Associate to join a new outreach team supporting property hosts across Brazil and Spanish-speaking South America. The role uses data to help hosts understand how their listings and pricing compare across booking platforms, while providing education, tips, and insights to support informed decisions. It is a phone-heavy, relationship-driven blend of business development and junior account management, suited to someone early in their career who enjoys outbound outreach and quickly building rapport. The position involves analyzing listing opportunities and performance trends across a portfolio of high-potential host accounts, contacting hosts through calls, video meetings, and email, and presenting data and platform value clearly. The associate also helps hosts understand pricing comparisons, addresses questions and objections, maintains a baseline understanding of software integrations, documents interactions, tracks quarterly goals, and shares learnings with the team. Host communications must be objective, data-driven, educational, and empowering. The role is remote within the U.S., with Eastern or Central time zones preferred. It is a full-time, six-month W-2 contract scheduled for 40 hours per week, starting in mid-November 2026. Pay is $20–$23 per hour plus medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
