About The Position

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Alliances Manager to design, build, and implement a successful Healthcare channel strategy. This role involves building strong relationships with existing partners, identifying and onboarding new partners, growing business opportunities within Alliances and Referral channels, and increasing partner-originated opportunities and deal registrations. The position requires tactical execution of the partner ecosystem within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • University/College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Strategic thinker and hunter mentality with initiative, capable of hands-on problem-solving and generating ideas and solutions.
  • Comfortable with problem-solving and conflict management.
  • New partner development experience and experience with decision-makers within current channel relationships.
  • Ability to communicate with partners at all levels, from sales rep to C-level and business owner.
  • Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills, able to multi-task and work independently or within a team.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience in the information security space.
  • Strong technical knowledge with a broad range of security and networking technologies.
  • Experience working with Solution Providers focused in the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Civilian Agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and collaborate with partners on engagement, launches, and enablement, including sales, product, and support trainings.
  • Coordinate with Channel Sales Engineers on technical enablement for partners.
  • Develop a technical enablement strategy to support the channel sales strategy for the territory.
  • Support and facilitate engagement between internal sales/technical teams and partners' sales/technical teams.
  • Strategize and coordinate with field marketing on marketing programs, events, and campaigns to generate interest among partners' customers.
  • Develop a business plan outlining how target revenues and objectives will be achieved.
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of the industry, territory, existing and target channel partner accounts, and the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies, value proposition, and competition.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
