Morgan StanleyPurchase, NY
$115,000 - $190,000Hybrid

About The Position

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking a Regional AI Specialist to help drive AI adoption across the field — our nationwide network of Financial Advisors and field management teams. This role will focus on helping Financial Advisors, Support Professionals, Field Leadership, and Home Office partners use AI as a practical platform to deliver targeted business campaigns, strengthen client and prospect engagement, and apply new capabilities in consistent, measurable ways. This role will be aligned to a U.S. region and will require regular travel across markets and branches within the assigned region. The role will also help uncover and activate business development opportunities by connecting AI-related initiatives to advisor growth strategies, prospecting efforts, and client engagement priorities. The individual in this role will be responsible for embedding AI into core field workflows across business development, campaign execution, client engagement, learning, and growth strategies. The role will help translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, field-ready use cases, including opportunities tied to ETRADE, product engagement, client acquisition, and retention. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role that requires deep Wealth Management context, strong relationship management skills, execution discipline, and the ability to make complex topics approachable. The successful candidate will help move users from awareness to sustained behavior change by identifying adoption barriers, surfacing business development opportunities, capturing feedback, and scaling what works across markets and regions.

Requirements

  • Strong Wealth Management knowledge and ability to build trusted relationships across Financial Advisors, Support Professionals, Field Leadership, and Home Office partners.

  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and ability to operate in a regulated environment.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, financial services, field education, adoption, enablement, product rollout, change management, or a related field-facing role; VP-level experience or equivalent leadership exposure preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, communications, finance, education, technology, organizational development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a regional point of contact for strategic initiative engagement and adoption across Wealth Management.
